Went to celebrate my 表舅's birthday at Kushigin,串银炭火烧 with my brother and 表姨...
According to my 表姨, the restaurant is famous for its yakimono...
I am not sure if i am using the correct jap term but it should mean grilled dishes ....
I found that one of the dishes is quite nice ... Kurobuta Cheese Yaki is the name ...
But the ingredient should be kurobuta( black pork ), cheese, potatoes and 金针菇 ...
The 金针菇 is wrapped by the kurobuta,
and put on top of the potatoes in a box of aluminium foil...
Lastly, the cheese is spread on top of it ... My favourite ... LoL
I think they are also put some pepper in it ....
Don't know why i feel that the cheese smells so nice when it is toasted /grilled ...

After the dinner, i went to have the karaoke session at liang court with my army friends ...
I almost ran out of voice to sing ... LoL ...
Really had fun with them ... The session ended at 1am ...
They suggested to go eat supper but Soh wants to go home ...
As i intend to share cab with him so i did not go for the supper ...
Reached home around 1:50am i think ...
After i bathed, i ate a bread and send in my assignment ....
After that i am here blogging ...
Time to rest ....
