Shiok Shiok Chicken Satay Burger
This meal consist of the burger, apple pie, fries, McFizzy (the new drink)

Ate this for lunch yesterday
Went for a jog/run today since I reached home early ..
Distance covered: 3.75km
Duration: 23mins
After the run, managed to do some workout..
20 pull-ups, 20 legs/knee raise, 20 push-ups
Enough to make me out of breath ..
30 sit-ups to be covered later...
There's a demo again tomorrow ..
Still don't know the details ...
Really don''t like doing demo ..
You can ask me to do work but not demo ...
Hope everything will be smooth tomorrow ...
Don't want to have any bad events ...
