Really disappointed with nuh

Letter from NUH doc to doc that will be taking over my grandma

 I don't know is that the procedure of government hospital,

Or that doctor is really so fucked up...

My grandma got send back to NUH on the night that she discharged..

Her oxygen level dropped to a level that was too low ..
Her lung was infected...

Today she is discharged again looking better...
And the doc refused to give us antibiotics drip to take home...
And the letter was given instead...
